'The Unfamiliar' with Kirsty Logan: Writing Pregnancy, Queer Motherhood and Memoir

  • Online Zoom Event (map)

Kirsty Logan is the author of the novels Now She is Witch, The Gracekeepers and The Gloaming, as well as various short story collections, including Things We Say In The Dark. Her books have won the LAMBDA Literary Award, the Polari First Book Prize, the Saboteur Award, the Scott Prize and the Gavin Wallace Fellowship, and have been selected for the Radio 2 Book Club and the Waterstones Book Club.

This event is dedicated to her latest book, The Unfamiliar, an unconventional, unexpectedly funny, brutally honest memoir about infertility, pregnancy and motherhood.

Come along for an author reading, a discussion of the book’s themes and an insight into writing memoir. There will also be time for an audience Q&A, so come with questions!
